The battlefield "Kurukshetra": It is also known as Dharmakshetra ("Holy Place"), Symbol for the battlefield of live wich we fight every day. The Chariot: Symbol for our human body. The Wheels of the Chariot: represent the wheel life, the wheel of Karma (Our Actions to-->Reactions) The spokes in the Wheels: represent the diversity,divisions and pairs of opposites inherent in our existense as the body. The Horses: refers to the traditionally recognized methods of perception, or sense: hearing, sight, touch, smell, and taste. The senses are our Desires, which we must control. The Reins: The symbol for the 4 streams of Yoga (Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Raja Yoga) wich help to control our senses.
