Hari Om! My PGDYT Course is already since 12th of January and I met nice new people and we could Party 2 days for free because of a new friend, a DJ, who I know because of Musab, a friend from YIC. Also Cem and me could visit Nikita from our last YIC. It was amazing to see that here is also a alternative szene, like in Berlin. Very smal but existing. Its great to see that here, the differences between europe and india begin to shrink. I was able with help of Pearl, my Bangladesh friend, to buy very cheap all items I need in my Room, like carpet, induction cooker, decoration and cleaning stuff, cloths and so on. Now I hope to get a room with light, not in the celler... There is another German Lady here, Leha. She got because of her Problems a better Room, with real shower and windows :) ...The House is like a temple, very beautyful. Also when they didn`t maintain the place, she can make it nice. But anyway I will feel better soon. :) The lessons are very hard. Sanskrit to follow is not really possible, but I learn in my tempo. Also the Anatomie class is hard, most of the people know already, i need also to learn this by my own and nice is that I can learn Veena, the Instrument of Goddess Saraswati. :) Some Teachers where patients from the Agrogama Ayurveda and Yoga Theraphy Hospital here. And most of them don`t know how to teach. Our Music teacher speaks mostly only hindi in the lessons and say that this music like Mantra and that Instruments are everywhere the same :-P ... She didn`t like to hear german top know that it is different, in the morning people did Vamanadhoti (throwing up) at the place where we get fruits and Milkshakes...uff... very strange people are here :-D .. But also interesting people I meet and hope that is the main aim why I am here. My Question "Who am I" and to find my spiritual growth is maybe difficult to find here. But I will use this change and try my best. Not everything is bad, only somethings is just crazy.

I got my Certificate at 30.12.2015. After 1 Month SVYASA University, without any break and so much of knowledge I got finaly my Certificate. But still, I feel far ready to teach. There are now 15 month more and I am very curios about the new Course. After 1 month I can say it is amazing how much we can learn, its not only about Asanas, its more about to know why we do Yoga. Yoga is the connection between the Universe and the self, the preperation for Pranayama and Pranayama for Meditation. Everything makes more sense now and I begin to get a basic to understand. :) New Year I went with my new friends Cem and Musab to Bangalore and celebrate there. Very different and difficult to celebrate here. After 15 minutes the Party was over, because a Guy throw a Beerbottle of a Poliseofficer. So we just drive around and had drinks. The streets where empty when it was around 2 AM. Next day we went to Goa. It was so good to be at the beach and eating nice food. I had few days of relexation and I will go again to see if I could seattle down in the south. :) On 24th of november, I finaly arrived india, without my bags :-D ... they got lost in London, but 1 week later I got them back, but a little damaged :-P... Welcome to india...
I went by Taxi to Krishna`s house (Jays Family) and stayed there until 01.12.2015. It was everyday very stressfull, nothing I could do here alone, too much traffic, too much dirt and dust and dogs and people... also the bureaucrazy is too much, everything I need to check by my own, nobody knows anything and help. Only Krishna and Jemuna (his wife, Jay`s cousin) helped me a lot! Also Svyasa sent us first to the office and than the office sent us to the university Campus for all documents, what is around 2 hours far from eachother... Mhm, but I should get used to it, now its always like that here. I waitet also with a turkish guy from my course together 1 day, from morning untill evening at the FRRO imigration center. But that is all part of my learning. Now I learn how to stay calm and not tensed. :) The YIC Course is very taugh, we wake up 4:30am and go to bed mostly at 10pm. From 5:15am to 7:30pm is everyday class, without hollidays in between, only breakfeast 1 hour at 8:30am and lunch at 1pm to 3pm and evening after class. We have to write 10 pages Reportwriting until 18th of this month and yesterday was our first exam in Theory. It was too much for me, we studied only, but still I didn`t learn so much in this time. The course is more about theory and hindu philosophy than about Praxis, like doing Asanans or Pranayama and so. We did already 5 Kryas (Cleansing technique).
